School Improvemant Efforts

Teaching methods that teachers use in every class meeting is not the origin of life, but have been through the selection that corresponds to the formulation of specific instructional goals. Rarely seen teachers set goals with just one formula, but certainly teachers formulate more than one purpose. Therefore, teachers are always using more than one method. Use of the method used to achieve the goals of the fatherly, while the use of other methods, is also used to achieve other goals. Such was the case, in accordance with the will of the teaching objectives that have been formulated.
 

Quality of education, as one of the pillars of meaningful human resource development, is vital for national development. It can even be said to be the future of the nation depends on the existence of a quality education that takes place in the present. Quality education will only emerge from a quality school. Therefore, efforts to improve the quality of the school is the central point of the effort to create a quality education in order to create a quality workforce anyway.

In other words, efforts to improve the quality of schools is an action that never stops, anytime, anywhere and in any condition. In school improvement efforts, including education personnel, educators, educational unit managers, overseers, supervisors, researchers, technical learning resources, it is expected to act as they should and as a qualified education personnel. 

Educators / teachers are qualified educators / teachers are capable, and skilled in performing their duties. The main task of the teacher is responsible for assisting the students in learning. In the learning process, gurulah that deliver lessons, solve the problems that occur in the classroom, making the evaluation of student learning, both before, while and after lessons (Combs, 1984: 11-13). 

To play a role and perform the duties, a teacher is expected to have a high professional ability. In this connection it is to get to know their students well, teachers need to have the ability to perform diagnosis and familiar with the ways most effective for helping students grow in accordance with their respective potential.
 
Learning process that teachers do indeed distinguished breadth in scope, but in the context of teaching and learning activities have the same task. Then the task of teaching is not just pouring material, but teaching is primarily and always the stimulation of learner (Wetherington, 1986: 131-136), and teach not only be judged by the results of control subjects, but the most important is the personal development of children, even learned a good lesson, will provide a variety of experiences evoke nature, constructive attitude and ability.
